Age verification

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase vape products in Ontario. We verify age at checkout (online) and at the counter (in-store) with valid government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if age cannot be confirmed.

1. What is the "store pickup" charge at checkout?

At checkout, the "store pickup" charge reflects your delivery/shipping costs.

2. Do you do same day delivery?

Yes, for local Hamilton-area orders. See our Delivery & Shipping page for full details.

3. Are there conditions for same day delivery?

Yes. You must order and pay before 4pm, be located within our local delivery area, and it cannot be a holiday.

4. Do I qualify for delivery if I live in Smithville, Grimsby, or Burlington?

No, our local same-day delivery area is limited to Hamilton, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Winona, and Binbrook. Customers outside this area can choose shipping at checkout.

5. What if I live outside of the Hamilton region?

You can opt in for shipping. Shipping is available for Federal-stamped products, which are legal for sale outside Ontario. Typical transit time is 1-2 business days after your order ships.

6. I ordered early — why hasn't my package been delivered yet?

Local delivery runs from 4pm daily (excluding holidays). Please allow time during busy periods; you will receive a notification once your order is on its way.

7. Do you offer curb-side pickup?

Yes. Place your order online and select pickup at checkout, then let us know when you've arrived.

8. What is the difference between Ontario-stamped and Federal-stamped products?

Every vaping product legally sold in Canada carries an excise stamp. Products with an Ontario excise stamp are approved for sale within Ontario only and are available for in-store pickup in Hamilton. Products with a Federal excise stamp are approved for sale across Canada and are available for shipping Canada-wide. Check each product page for its stamp before ordering to confirm pickup or shipping eligibility.

9. Can I pick up a Federal-stamped product in-store, or have an Ontario-stamped product shipped?

Federal-stamped products can be picked up in-store or shipped. Ontario-stamped products are pickup-only in Hamilton and cannot be shipped outside the province, in line with provincial excise rules.
