In store Pick-Up + Local Delivery

Dear Valued Customers,

We offer in-store pickup so you can skip the line, plus a local delivery program and Canada-wide shipping depending on the product's excise stamp.

Ontario-stamped products — pickup only

Products carrying an Ontario excise stamp are approved for sale within Ontario only. These items are available for in-store pickup at our Hamilton location and for local delivery within our service area. They cannot be shipped outside Ontario.

Federal-stamped products — ships Canada-wide

Products carrying a Federal excise stamp are approved for sale across Canada and are available for shipping Canada-wide, in addition to in-store pickup and local delivery.

Local delivery area

Same-day local delivery is available to Hamilton, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Winona, and Binbrook.

• To guarantee same-day delivery, place and pay for your order before 4pm (credit, debit, or e-transfer).
• Delivery begins at 4pm daily, excluding holidays. Delivery times may vary based on order volume.
• We will contact you with an estimated delivery time and confirm once your order has arrived.
• Valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 19+ is required at the door for every delivery and pickup.
• If you are unable to show ID when receiving your order, a 25% fee applies and the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Shipping (Federal-stamped products)

Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days after your order is processed. Age verification (19+) is required at checkout and may be required again on delivery.

All delivery and shipping timelines exclude holidays. All online sales are final.
